From the comfort of your own home, this Cozy Winter Warmer Yin Series offers a sacred pause - four evenings to unwind, release and rekindle your inner warmth
each practise is a tender weaving of long, restorative holds and mindful breath - a slow unfurling that soothes the body, settles the heart and nourishes the spirit.
