Ive always been passionate about sharing the joy of Yoga with children, and there is something truly magical when parents practise alongside their little ones.
Take a mindful pause in your day with this special Yoga class designed for mums and their preschoolers!
We begin with 15 playful minutes of Yoga for the little ones - engaging their imagination and movement through fun poses and games.
Afterward, while the children relax with quiet activities or a snack, mums enjoy a rejuvenating 40 minute Yoga session focused on strength, flexibility and calm.
This is your time to reconnect with your body, unwind and breathe deeply, all in a supportive, family-friendly space.
