A space of gentle release and deep restoration with this monthly 90-minute session designed to support your body and mind as the seasons shift.
We begin with slow, floor based, somatic Yin Yoga - holding postures for time to soften tension, open the body and encourage a quit meditative awareness. This is followed by a guided Yoga Nidra, inviting you into a state of profound rest where the nervous system can reset and the mind can fully unwind.
Rooted in the energy of renewal, this practise offers a chance to let go of what feels heavy and reconnect with a sense of calm, clarity and inner ease.

Looking for something fun to do together this Easter?
Join this pop-up Family Yoga class where stretching meets storytelling, movement meets laughter and everyone gets to join in.
Designed for both kids and grown-ups, this playful session weaves together simple Yoga poses, imaginative games and calming moments of rest, creating a space where everyone can feel included and at ease.
We'll explore movement in a creative, light-hearted way - think animal poses, partner stretches and plenty of giggles along the way - while also learning simple breathing techniques to help both children and adults unwind.
It's the perfect balance of energy and relaxation, helping families connect, build confidence and enjoy meaningful time together.
No Yoga experience is needed - just come as you are, ready to move, laugh and make special memories as a family.

Continuing the beloved Mums & Bubs Yoga classes, originally created by Carly (MotherTown 💛)
Carly has held this space with love and care for so many mums and it's an honour to carry that legacy forward.
This 5 week program is designed to help new mums reconnect with their bodies after birth while babies enjoy gentle movement and social interaction.
Each session blends gentle postnatal stretches, mindfulness and bonding activities with your baby, all in a supportive, friendly environment.
Open to all postnatal mums and their little ones - no prior experience needed!
