My name is Ella, I am a mama of 2 beautiful children and a lover of life. I discovered Yoga in my early 20s travelling through South East Asia and have been deepening my practise ever since. I went on to train as a Yoga Teacher and a Reiki practitioner in Australia, where I lived for 10 life changing years.

I have been sharing Yoga since 2013 and have been growing and developing my own practise and teachings ever since. I studied early childhood education and am qualified in Pre and Post Natal Yoga as well as Yoga for Kids and Teens and Yoga for Fertility. I completed Reiki Jin Ke do with my Reiki Master in Australia.

Yoga and Reiki have been essential to my life, especially since becoming a mama. In our home, we live by the principles of both these practices. It is my dharma (life's purpose) to share these teachings with other families and create more joy, love and connection.
