Join me for a 6 week introduction to Vinyasa Flow, a gentle and accessible course designed to ease you into the rhythmic flow of breath and movement.
This course will help you build a solid foundation in Vinyasa Yoga, whether you are new to the practise or looking to deepen your connection to the flow.
Each session will introduce basic postures, alignment principles and breathwork techniques, all in a supportive environment. Through slow, mindful movement and personal attention, you'll cultivate strength, flexibility and a deeper sense of calm, both on and off the mat.
