Familiar transitions
A SPECIAL POP-UP ZOOM CLASS
A little gathering. A little movement. A little coming home.
An invitation to reconnect through music and movement, to find ourselves in the familiar and explore those moments in between.
No expectations. Dropping back in to re-membering.
I'll be curating a special spotify playlist for our time together, which you will receive when you book and i'll invite you to light a candle to signify our connection across the waters.
SATURDAY OCTOBER 24TH
9AM UK TIME
LIVE ON ZOOM
Whether you have continued practising or haven't moved for a while, you are so welcome.
